SHIPPING POLICY

At 5AM Beauty, we currently offer curbside pickup as the sole method for receiving your order. We do not provide shipping services at this time.


Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow up to 1 business days for our team to prepare your items for pickup.


You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup at our designated location.


Upon arrival at our pickup location, please follow the provided instructions for a seamless pickup experience. Our staff will be ready to assist you with retrieving your order and loading it into your vehicle.


For security purposes, please bring a valid government-issued ID and your order confirmation email/text when picking up your items.


If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation and a signed authorization letter from you, along with their own valid ID.


Should you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may only be accommodated before your order is prepared for pickup.


In the unlikely event that your order contains damaged or incorrect items, please notify us immediately upon pickup. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30 day exchange policy (non-refundable). Unfortunately if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



Damaged Goods

Should your product arrive damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s) asap.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds (not applicable)

Please note that all exchanges are non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds for returned items.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 5ambeauty@gmail.com and send your item to: 4202 KISSENA BLVD, FLUSHING, NY 11355.

To facilitate the exchange process, please ensure you have proof of purchase available, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for clarification.
